Problems with the Product

Welcome to our Customer Support Page! If you are here, it probably means that one of your Wavemaster products is no longer working or is malfunctioning. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly and conveniently as possible. Please describe the problem as accurately as you can.

Please remember that all Wavemaster products come with a 24-month warranty, starting from the day you receive the product. The warranty covers all defects in the products that are not due to improper use and that are reported by the last day of the warranty period.

Before you proceed with filling out the form

Please have the following information ready before you start filling out the form:

  • the name of the person who placed the order
  • the email address you provided when placing the order.
    All correspondence related to the processing of your complaint will be sent to this address,
  • your order number. You can find it in the order confirmation email, on the invoice, or in your customer account under the “Orders” tab,
