You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,<\/p>\n

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;<\/li>\n
  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item, provided you have ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund. <\/p>\n

    We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n

    You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. <\/p>\n

    You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

    • for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the consumer is essential, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;<\/li>\n
    • for the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;<\/li>\n
    • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract but which can only be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract was concluded, and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot influence;<\/li>\n
    • for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul> The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
